24 Super: winter update

Na, I'm not going to add too much bling... this is a Superboat after all. Anything beyond transom lights is too much.:bigthumb:

Also, I gotta try and keep my weight down- never know when someone will need a tow and then end up giving the whole crew a ride back up the lake to thier tow vehicle:poke:

Its coming right along... couple of pics from today:

Don't add anything uderwater, put in a bar and a stripper pole, you will get more use !!!!!!!
After thinking about this more... I'd probably get quite a bit of use outta those transom lights- you know, those midnight swims and all:banana:

I've kicked around doing the red cabin leds, white cockpit lighting around the floor, and then blue transom lights... get a whole red white and blue theme going.

You going to put that stereo in you were talking about as well?

Jason sent me a few pics... he has started on the steering and made sure that the 280K-planes will clear the cylinders. Everything fits!! He also says he is paranoid about getting my bilge dirty, so he's working in his socks:rof:

That bildge looks really clean/smooth, How much paint did it take with that cardboard soaking it up:rof:Looks really good, is your buddys boat still there waiting for him?

Sure does look good!

Keith, don't think its going anywhere soon since its been 5 years! If it does then I will call Kip and order one to my liking when I'm ready ;)

Looks good Nick.. I dont think you can fit anything else on the back of that transom its full.
Yeah, I know... still gotta get the platform back on after it gets re-powdered. I'm keeping it black.

I'm planning on adding pop-up mechanical indicators for the tabs.. I might add one for the trim as well to free up a guage hole. I kinda hate to do it because it means another hole and the cable has to run down to the drive, but the accuracy would be nice- as well as freeing up a guage hole. I'm planning on adding 2 more gauges at a minimum- possibly three. If I add three, I don't think the dash has enough room unless I get rid of one that is already there.
