1988 21' Starflight Project/Parts Boat

I have a 1988 21' closed bow Starflight. This is a beautiful looking boat, however the motor needs replacing due to a water pump failure. Also needs a repair to the bottom aft, not sure how much of a repair, however I have been told it is involved. This is a big project and opportunity, or would be a perfect donor boat, IE all upholstery, trailer, contols, hardware, basically everything besides the motor, outdrive, and bottom repair is in excellent shape.
I am serious in selling this boat and am only looking for serious responses who want this type of project, also price is firm as I have much more into it.
$500.00, adibartolomeo@yahoo.com
Boat is in Detroit, MI

Why the F* do you have to be so damn far away!!! I would have this thing ship shape before summer!:brickwall:

Anyone from that area want to make a trip??

BP. Detroit isnt that far away, you could do it round trip in a weekend. It does sound interesting, but I have to many other things going on.

1400+ miles is too far for me
I have no problem driving. Last year I drove across the country and back but its the gas that is the killer

Hi Guys
I am interested in this as I think I can use the parts from this and the one I just bought to make one:). If no one else closer is going to go for it, i think i will. I don't need the 20+ hour drive, but.....

Has anyone seen this in person?

Anyone know if everything is interchangable between 87 & 88's ?

Thanks

I haven't seen it yet. I hope to soon, trying to raise the cash and Jan-Feb is a tough time for me to do that. All I'm really interested in is the deck and hull, and windshield. Everything else that was good I had planned to sell to get my money back out of the deal.

Pony that trailer would probably work for your boat. You might need to adjust the bunks to fit your hull. Just an idea.

Thats all

Those are all the pics sent.
Adibart, if you want to send me more, i will post those as well - you have my email.

CM, my thoughts exactly on the trailer, plus i could use some of the other parts as well.
