I called DFI this morning to make sure the EMM got there, don't need the computer lost. Anyway talk to the tech guy and he said it sounded like a component failure in the computer. He also said they will make sure nothing elses fails or keep it from failing again and upload the latest software. The turn around time was even quicker, it possible to have the EMM repaired today or tomorrow at the latest.
