CHECKMATE OWNERS RALLY 2011

PLEASE verify that 23rd is the date...!
Yes, July 23rd is the date:bigthumb:

We will take it easy on the little guys. Only run as fast as you want to go, we will try to have a leader and a tail guy to make sure that we all get there safely! Last year we had a few problems and everyone helped out to make sure all the mates got on trailers before the end of the night.

A 150 on that boat, Kinda under powered aint it :poke: ;) Sounds like a fun boat!!!

you guys think anybody would miss me at my wedding reception i mean hell i will have already been married for two months

2011 Rally

It was a cool find. I know you guys have bigger and newer boats. But I saw this Vmate sitting in a garage, wasting away. And had to have it. I am happy to bring it back to life. Of course I tore it apart first. The '70 model 115hp had to go.! Hasnt been wet in 8 years. But I 'm about to change that.

Jazzy, make an appearance then disappearance!!

75V, we have a wide assortment of mates on board! does not matter what vintage, its all fun!

Hopefully we can do some more running, racing, and drinking this year with no break downs!

2011 Rally

Easy ..???? Not on me.! If I wanted easy... I would've never married my 3rd Redhead. Plus. Hell I'd rather know a few of you to some degree before July. So... Rough 'em Up. I can handle it.

Icboater, Yes we did buy Purple Dave's boat. I am Purple Dave's son. Look forward to meeting you this summer.
I'm sure we have met before, your mom and dad are great people. The boat is super sharp,Dave took a lot of pride in her. I'm glad she stayed in the family!:thumb:

So out of the blue my wife Candice starting asking me questions about the rally this morning and is actually suggesting we try and go, I can't believe it, I asked her about it last year and she just laughed:o , I think she now gets that there are some great people on the site and some I would call my friends and would like to meet up with, hope this works, it's a 28 hr drive each way:eyecrazy: for me that's nothing but for her if it's further than a few hours she's flying, she hates riding in a vehicle and it's really cool of her to consider this.:bigthumb: nothing written in stone yet but we will see if we can make it happen.

There is always something going on at lc,most all of the docks have a party of some kind. I have a good party on the lake as well!:cheers::cheers::cheers::cheers::cheers::cheers::cheers::cheers:
