Z has been gone a while. We miss him! If he finally bought a little Checkmate, he'd be back.
What did you decide to do about your two 300X's SCT?

Love the color man. Nice seats too. if you ever wanna sell them lemme know, they match my predictor's theme
biggthumpup.gif

how many predictors do you have now?? </div></BLOCKQUOTE>

The answer is 2 Predictors. I still have to go get the other. Mooneys picked it up for me and I am trying to talk the wife into going on that trip with me.

I have enough of them laying around now I should try to get ahold of him and make him a deal on one of the others that I have.

Do you think his dad would let him buy one?

Hi Z, I knew you would be around sometime. If you are interested in an old Checkmate. I will make you a deal on the 1966 V141. Between the purchase price, title fees, gas, and new tires for the trailer I have around $500 in it. Make me an offer.

If not I may ebay it so I can raise some cash for this Predictor project.

And the boat gets from Ohio to Ottawa how?
icon_confused.gif

I'd do it if it didn't cost that much in gas

I guess you are way up there. I didn't realize you were that far away.

Gas prices are 50cents lower a gallon than when I went to pick the thing up.

I just thought it would make a good project boat for you.

It definatly would be.
It would just not be worth it to drive all thay way for it.
I actually think between my brother and I we're looking at getting a locally owned Viper for a restoration

May not be a checkie but it'll still fly; and I'll always be "Checkmates Forever"

Z, welcome back. Where ya been?? </div></BLOCKQUOTE>

I've been all over the place. My little life has led me into many new adventures; whether it be hobbies, school, or girls. But deep down I'm a Checkmate boy...only because of my start here at Checkmate-Boats.com

Z is back..in a new style.

Z, watch out for those "girls".....you might never have enough money to buy a Cmate!!

Welcome back,
SCT

Mabe your Uncle JW will give you a boat for graduation. Huh, JW?

JW is looking at a pontoon trailer and a 35 horse Merc with rigging and controls for his old hillbilly pontoon, so no CMate for Z's graduation

I know all about the girls SCT. Right now I'm pretty lucky. I'm still able to buy whatever I want. haha I'm only 16 but thats still a good thing.

Hey JW; I'm sure that Pontoon would be better then the Bayliner we have now. It's turquoise type colour. Go Capri GO (away!)

Our little Aluminum thing went faster and it was a sleeper (on our river at least)

However i had to admit the 60 mph+ VooDoo is alot of fun. Crazy damn thing!

Z, if you know all about girls...

Do you think you could start a new thread and explain them to the rest of us.

I haven't been able to completely figure them out so far and I doubt SCT has been able to either.

Nice to see you kicking around again.

Hey Chris,

Okay maybe not "everything"
icon_rolleyes.gif
but I'm getting there. Haha. Just wait till College or University. Then it's a whole new ball game.

Anyways; I'm going to be trying and hanging out around here. I'm crunching numbers trying to get a car and a boat and Checkie is the way I want to go
icon_smile.gif

Z, just when you think you are getting there, is just about the time you realize you know nothin'.

If you want a project Mate, give Dave a call at Lake & Trail.
icon_wink.gif

Well, what they have is old and it's a project.

I don't know what they want for it, or even if they will sell it, but give him a call and ask. Tell him you were talking to me and ask him about the old Checkie they have kicking around. Keep me posted!
