Everyone, I just wanted to send out a big thank you to everyone for your donations. To be honest, I'm almost a little overwhelmed at the support you have shown. The fact that all of you enjoy the board and send all the kind words and messages that you do, is awesome on its own. But add to it, that many of you have given monetary support as well, is amazing.

I want to send out a big thank you to Dave from Checkmate Performance Boats of Fargo. Dave sent a really nice letter of thanks, along with a seriously GENEROUS donation, some neat dealer stickers, and a picture from Fargo's boat show last year that was held at the Fargo Dome.

I gave Dave a call to thank him personally for his donation and the other items he sent along, and needless to say he's a great guy and we had a great conversation. We exchanged a few Mate stories and Dave sure had some great ones to share. Dave's had quite a few Checkmates over the years, and I'm looking forward to seeing some pics of the fleet he's been lucky enough to own.

Yep! Dave is a great person to have selling Checkmates. I had the pleasure of meeting him at the Mn. get together. He passed out some cool T-shirts and brought some great looking Checkmates. He has talked about doin another get together in 05. I will be there for sure.
