Controls are definitely listed wrong, if that's legit it's a hell of a deal. I'm thinking spam or divorce/estate sale. I'd expect a asking price of 26k on that.
 
That boat is listed in a bunch of different cities also. Eyes could be wrong, its hard to see but I think a 4 blade prop also.
