The guys on SF, say it is a Yamaha TRP lower. Not sure what the motor is yet.

Check out Louisville, Ky. craigslist, look under Starcraft Runabout $750, texted the owner and he said he has a title for this boat and the title reads Starcraft, sure looks like a MX-15 or 16, and I don't think Starcraft ever made a copy???
