That 96 Pulsare f/s still makes me angry as I was second in line to buy it for $16.5 this spring. The current owner bought it though & has been trying to flip it. Last month he had it listed at $25k.

I think he is going to have a tough sell above $20,000, careful shopping could get you one at least 10 yrs newer for $25,000, likely be spring before it sells now, unless asking price drops to ~$19,000.

I think the Covid toy high prices are starting to walk back. It will take time for the most desirable items to return to something more normal, so wakeboard/surf boats and pontoons will be high for a while yet. But the other styles of boats are going to see a drop in demand and price if they aren't already. I'm looking for a larger Motorhome(Class A, diesel pusher) and I'm seeing lots of choice and fairly reasonable pricing on the used market already.

I agree about pricing…I think a lot of different markets have peaked. Our area has been a super hot real estate area….but talking to a local real estate agent….he said he’s seen more price reductions on used houses in the last two weeks then forever.
