Judging by the gel coat, interior condition and not knowing how long the motors been removed I'm going to guess the claim of solid transom and floor is wrong. Also he didn't mention the core that's probably soft.

That Vision is making me wish I had some cash laying around. I'd say that's a great deal if solid boat with good interior. I have a blown 305 with all the accessories on it and access to a 350 block with lower end noise ready for a rebuild.
