I find it interesting that you even went as far as listing off some names of people, you have managed to suck into your game.

The problem for you though is, that many of those people you just listed off, have been around here for some time and I have a great deal of respect for them. I respect them because they've made positive contributions to our community.

And trust me on this, your list pales in comparison to the list that I could make. I've got a PM box full of messages from members who have had enough of your antics.

Since you arrived, I've actually tried to purposely err on your side and make sure to not make decisions about your behavior here, based on what I saw happen on my friend Greg's site, Scream and Fly. I've even gone out of my way, more than a few times, and told members that bring up your history on S&F, that I don't really care about your history over there, that all that is relevant to me, is what happens here. So let's just say, you started here with a clean slate as it were.

Unfortunately, it seems like we are now fully engaged in this almost endless permanent cycle, of you making nice with people and then you trolling for trouble and unfortunately finding it. The group then raps your knuckles, you make nice once again and then a short while later, you're back, knee deep in "it", all over again.

I'm here to tell you, the cycle stops here. :thumb:

Definately hurts the value if it had not had a mooring cover on it.

If the seats are wet, the floor is wet, that would be a 30% reduction for me.

I've never used my cockpit cover. Always use the full cover, then another cover over that to keep it clean....then I park it under a carport.

Yeah, it looks decent in the pics.

What do you guys think it's worth in mint condition? New or not, it's still an '08 model, so when you go to sell, it's almost already 3 model years old in the buyer's eyes.

And then I guess the next question is, what's it worth if it's been exposed a bit? A much harder question to answer without seeing I would think.

I think mid 70s... its a little longer and heavier than mine with the same power.

JW- I think its still at really good price right now, even if its sat outside a few years.

Chris- I don't know what its really worth... I'd think mid 20s
 
I think the 2000's are a bit faster than the 2100's from what I've heard.

Went down there today and talked with them. Real nice guys to talk with. I got the same story about the canadian and his check.

The uncovered boat is a 2100, not the 2000. It is very rough (dirty) but would clean up nicely. It is still not covered and there was about 4" of ice in the floor of the boat. Interior was very dirty as expected, but still good shape.

As for the 2000 posted. Trailer was in good shape. Very straight hull. No scratches on it at all. Rub rail insert is red and very faded with a small scuff on starboard side around the dash area. I would recommend replacing the insert. Topside is in good shape with little to no fade. A quick spit shine and it looked like new. A good coat of wax on her and its ready to go. I did not notice any scuffs or damage to the the topside. Interior, dirty but good shape. It was almost dry, no water damage that I could see. Only thing I would worry about it the seat thread not coming clean and having a brown staining to it. Boat will be detailed and preped for pickup before buyer gets there. I would say as is, there is about 4-6 hours clean time(dealer will do), replace rub rail insert, and wax it to make it 100%. Heck of a good bang for the buck deal. Also comes with the moring covers. Sorry I got out with the camera and the battery went dead on me so I didn't get you pics:brickwall:

My favorite was the 2400 sitting there. Oh man it looked good next to the dually!;)

I almost walked out with a can-am 450R quad sitting there on the showroom floor. I have been looking at buying a 450R and had it down to the honda or the kaw but after looking at the can am, I am going to do some more research on it and see how it compares.

I hit 70.5 in my 2000 with a 23P Tempest Plus and a 6" CMC Hydro. I was not hitting the rev limiter. There was more there speed there, but I couldn't handle the chine walk. I bought hotdaddy's 4" setback brackets and a 26 TrophyPlus....hoping for 80. Will be happy with 75+. Let you know a couple of months.

Anyway...mid 70's for sure.
 
Seems too good to be true & sadly still too much for me.

If you treated boat as a used 08,the NADA guide would put boat at $11950, Motor at $12680,and trailer at $1500. Anyone actually able to buy the boat at less than $26k won't get raped by depreciation in the first year. Boat has been in Boat Trader for last 9months and never dropped price from the $40k type of number. He's only selling 1/2 price today if he is going out of business tomorrow. As long as you walk away with the title and warantee on outboard it could be great for someone.
 
WOW, 6 pages on a boat that does not even have an owner. Lots of pipe dreams, time to bid to win or wake up from the dream. Anyone bidding let us all know your Ebay ID so we can follow the action.

I have never a personal attack on anyone on this site-- never -- I give what other people do. Opinions -- If my opinion are so important that they stike a nerve in our members that causes them to personally attack me so be it. I see other members do it here and you remain silent. As I have said and others have said here WITHOUT repercussion from you -- I am a Merc guy -- I think Etec's and Yammi's are fish mota's I think bow riders are dorky looking-- That is an opinion and thats all.

Geeze dude- you complain about members not taking you're harassment and put downs without getting pissed... then they are now attacking you. Look around on the board and see if we have this problem with anyone else.... nope just you.

Wonder why that is?
