Just splashed a new 24ft Pulsare with a Merc 300xs

And I also love the flake detail you did in this boat I posted below.

For those of you who haven't seen or noticed it.

Randy used large sized flakes that look really kewl.

So what I was thinking is doing something in the red black and white layout and incorporating the giant flakes in there somehow.

Ah to be Rich!

I took off the Sportmaster and put a 26 Trophy on it today. We ran 93 miles on a Toys for Tots run. The boat ran better with a best of 74.6 mph. The cavitation plate is draggin at high speed, so I'll raise the motor an inch or two. I also have a 26 Tempest coming which I hope will give me another 2 mph. I think high 70's are attainable. Here's some pics from today.
Well, I tried to post pics.

It's like driving a Cadillac. No chinewalk even in the 70's. Gets on plane instantly. When was the last time you've seen a single outboard do mid 70's on a 24ft boat? We had the 1000 watt stereo cranking all day. We had a blast!

Is that Elvis driving that boat??

Randy, the boat looks great! I love how that big nose hangs out there perfectly. I'm sure that boat can take some waves, also.

I bet people were impressed at the Toys for Tots Run w/ that 2400 SOB.

Cheers-
