Hello All,
I just bought my first boat and based on all the hype on this forum, I had to get a Checkmate. It's a 2011 2000 BRX with a 150 Pro XS. I feel like a little kid again becuase this boat is great! My pockets are obviously lighter but figured less weight makes for faster speeds. I'm also new to this forum and bumped into another member at the Trenton Boat Ramp, SID? I think who yelled over to join the club as he was taking off. I'm looking forward to some great times this summer and hopefully I'll bump into some other Checkmate owners.

Congradulations and welcome! Not my 1st Cmate, but I just got a new 2000CD. I love it, but my wife is terrified!:lol: You will enjoy it as these are great boats. Post some pic's.

Thanks for your number and I'll try to give you a ring tomorrow. I'm based in Jackson NJ a few miles from good ole Six Flags Great Adventure. I doubt I can bust out of work for a few hours but if I can I'll call or give a look out. I will most likely be out this Saturday with the family. The best is my 2 year old son keeps telling me to go faster and my 4 year old daughter is saying the opposite.

If the weather is good we'll probably be out Sat. or up at Greenwood. Gonna be out Friday late afternoon and evening. Going from Trenton to the Phish concert by boat. There's a dock right at the arena.
 
Oh man, my wife would love that. She's a Phish fan, you guys will have something in common when you come up.
