Sorry I missed you, I missed Doug Smith too when he stopped by. I have TWO top secret projects in the works, one was tucked into the other building out of site. Maybe next time.I stopped by Persuader Boats this weekend and they were busy as beavers! 2 130s in the molds, 2 others being assembled and a ‘top’ secret project in the corner.

No, he's retired. He helped me out when I last worked at Checkmate by setting me up with a lot of retired Checkmate molds. He stopped by to see how I'm doing. My future plans involve a best friend from middle school, and probably a friend I met here on the forum from way back in the early days. Lots of good stuff coming, I just really need a bigger building, and more than 6 people working for me.The name Doug Smith gave me a shiver, hope you don’t have future plans with him. Well maybe if the price was set and fully paid in advance before any work is commenced with everything that is expected spelled out in writing. Wouldn’t want to buy anything from him either.
