Reed's Trimate 2 overhaul

Ok, Reed you and I may have to sit and have lunch when you get here to get the boat. I got some things to show ya.

I have a idea maybe all 3 of us should have lunch we all have great ideas ( speed freaks-r-us) , it's always cool to see everyones ideas ( custom is the wat to go )
 
Definitely. We will have to see if we can work that out. There is nothing like 3 people that can't leave things well enough alone.
 
here's a question for Cooper and Gus, Shane ( super genious ) gave me a factory sef of manual trim tabs that have the checkmate symbol on them, ( how much do the hydrolic trim tabs go for used?? ) I have a CMC jackplate and would like to get a gauge and switch for the jackplate do I need a different harness to add the gauge??
 
You should be able to get the harness and gauge from CMC. The CMC hyd plate I bought came with the gauge and harness, It just plugs in.
Have a look at the trim tab's. Is there a a way to adapt a set of trim rams to them? I have a set of trim rams and a trim pump that was used on the homemade jack plate that came with my boat. May work on the tabs.

Thet CMC was used and cause of budgit I would like to find a used gauge,I sent you a pic of the trim-tabs I got from supergenious ( shane ) how much do you need for the rams and pump??
 
Looks like you could adapt a set of hyd rams to the tabs. You would need to get new hoses. As far as price. Not sure. May have to drag them to MI so you can take a look at the get to gether.
