ZT330 - New Toy

MindBLOWER

Well-known member
At the request of a few forum members, here are some pics of the new to me ZT 330 I picked up last weekend. Very clean boat, 496 Mag HO's, Bravo X drives, Imco steering and showers, Eddie Marine K planes, Corsa switchable exhaust, engine pre-oilers, Custom Dorsey 12K trailer, Shore power with fridge, sink, toilet, dual batteries with on board chargers, GPS. Only 129 hours on this machine. The boat has been kept in climate controlled storage since new and it shows, but the Goodyear trailer tires from 06 didn't make it very far . They looked new, but didn't last long. Ended up with a slight delay coming home to get 5 new ones. Spending the next week or so going over everything and polishing it up before me and Jim235 shake 'er down and she how she does.

Congrats MB.....what a clean looking 330! Those 496s look lonely back there w/o two SCs! I really like the lines of the 330ZT, I'm surprised CM did not sell more of them.

Cheers-:thumb:

What's cool is that Checkmate used the same V-pad bottom on all their bigger boats through the years! I think they were all based off of the original Convincor series with a 24 degree deadrise. MY 1984 2800 looks identical from the rear!

nice looking !!!!! question..is the drive shower on port side in drive correct, looks like may be backwards in pic...hard to tell for sure..

Have you water tested this bad boy yet?
Curious as to the numbers you will see.

I had a chance to run it for about an hour last Friday on a small local lake.
Ran great. Ran 73 Gps with 150 gallons of old fuel turning 26p Bravo's.
I think 75-76 could be possible with a set of labbed 28's and a light load.

If I get more time i'll load some more pics, and maybe a video
