30ft Convincor, twin 300XS outboards

It has the bolsters because they did'nt have time to design the new interior. It will probably have a large wrap around rear seat with two bolsters and a bigger sundeck.

Just wondering but, what dose something like that cost new? If I remember correctly SCT was asking 95,000 for his.

That's an awesome boat, but I hope they keep the big interior vs the larger sundeck or make it an option. The interior with 4 bolsters and the rear bench is something no one else does. I always wondered why no one made a big, high speed V-Hull with lots of seats. Everything out there has 2 bolsters, a bench and a sundeck.

B.B.'s do sound great...

But TWO 300 H.P. Mercs WOW!:eyecrazy:

I personally think the sound of an Off-Shore Mid is second too none. That high pitched "scream" is just not similar to anything else.

With that being said my girl really wishes we could have a sundeck! LOL

Just my oppinion.

This thread may get interesting.

Awsome looking colors!! Do you have any interior shots, Wman? Any WOT #s yet? What size Bravos are they running?

That boat will draw attention in the water or on the trailer.
The Flammer, what can I say. If the lotto numbers hit that boat will be mine.

Here's the latest. We ran it today with 4 guys and 80 gallons of gas. The guy from Boating magazine was in the boat. We had 26 labbed Bravos, which are too small. The boat was on the rev limiter at 82.2. They are going to Miami to do the Hot Boat magazine test tommorrow morning. Dean is trying to get some 28" Bravos for the top end runs. Here's some GPS and interior pics I took.

Man, I like that boat!!! I wonder if I can retrofit my boat w/ the new interior?? Hopefully, the boat wil gain 5-6 more mph w/ new props and set-up. Tell Kip to give me a call if they drive up Rt 77 on there way back to OH.....I have a pair of 28 Bravos they can try on Lake Norman.

Love that big Checkmate across the back of the interior..It's a mini sun deck.

Really nice boat, and those speeds are rediculous!

Checkmate Marine is definately gonna turn some heads, I am ecited about its future!

That boat is exactly the kind of boat Checkmate needs to survive in the tight boat market, catering to the outboard crowd who are looking to move up to a larger proven hull. Merc has some killer OB's which seem to be a perfect match. 600 hp total and ran out of prop @ 82 mph!! A Merc blue motor (I/O) would cost more and go slower. Not my thing, but very nice just the same, Good work Checkmate! (they should try 3 of those motors on the back):sssh:

I do like the way the seats turned out after seeing the pics. I think it looks good the way it is. Is different and thats what Checkmate is all about.

I don't think they need to change anything in that interior.

Wildman how did the boat respond out of the hole. Did you have to baby it or could you go ahead and push the throttle on down.

We hit it full throttle. Never slipped a bit, even with seven people in the boat. Got on plane instantly.
