CHECKMATE OWNER'S RALLY 2010

1st - Thanks to Barry and Brian for their efforts! I have now been to 4
Checkmate events.. The best boating experience at these events for
me was the 07 poker run on Erie - however the best overall time was
this weekend..Great water! Nice people! Socially this was hands down
the best of the Checkmate events I've attended - I feel this way in spite of
breaking my motor..lol..damn it!! Time to go faster I guess..the silver
lining in the dark cloud!!

2nd - to all of you that attended..Thanks! I had a great time partying
with you all and I look forward to doing it again soon!!

Yours truly, dogschool

Even tho I was plagued with nothing but problems. First a bad alt then blew apart the PS belt. Then the day of the run breaking the motor loose from the mount. It was one of the best times I have had. Everyone was very friendly and help full. I wish I could have made it to the main raft up on sat but there is always next year! It was great putting faces with users on here. I think everyone that Barry or I talked to had fun and will be back next year again. Special thanks to Sally :poke: for the tow in to jamestown and for the ride in the superboat. I have to say that SB is one sweet ride :thumb:. Don't worry about me John.... my neck is starting to feel better from having to look back:lol:

lol is right because I was drinking beer n relaxing on the back
of my boat by the time you caught back up..the faster boat
don't always win the race young grasshopper..keep trying though..
lol..I appreciate your effort..

call me for a river run sometime soon, I'll get right on this broke motor
situation and hopefully be back on the water before I miss it!
