CHECKMATE OWNERS RALLY 2011

Just varified my vacations today at work, 11 days off for june 4th, another 15 days off over the 4th July and 5 days off for July 23rd and just about any other day that comes all. If not, theres always trading days or the ever populare SICK DAY ;)
 
Yeah, tell me about it... I'm off every other weekend, but don't get done till Sat at 7AM, then have to be back on Tue 7PM. Pretty much rules me out for all events thru the summer.
 
Got a spot for the camper at Conley. Nick, you need to quit and find something else. Thats place is like a boaters hell!!! I'll throw out some feelers to people I know in Lima.
 
Its the only thing going that allows me to pay the bills. The only way I'm going to leave is if I can find somthing that pays better and has better hours... its just like everywhere else- no good jobs here.
 
I feel your pain! I hate my job except for the fact that it pays good enough to have nice toys and good benifits. Just sometimes they don't allow enough time to enjoy the toys.
 
Just found out about this, been away from the forum too long.

I'll probably come being I'm only a couple hours away. I've been wanting to check out the lake anyway.

Any chance there will be a lot of outboards to hang with? Cruisng around a bunch wake making V-8 powerboats in a Tri-Mate = not fun.

Joe, I would say Yes. There was several OB's there last year and from the looks of it, there should be more this year. I am in a small I/O myself so I know how ya feel:thumb:
