CHECKMATE OWNERS RALLY 2011

With as much fun as everyone has, it would be hard not to do it again next year. I was surprised how much talk there was down there about next years rally! Hopefully we will see you there next year Gary. That goes to everyone else as well! I will try and start something in a couple months to figure a date out so people have enough time to plan ahead.

My only wish is that Checkmate would make a showing. Not that we want them to sponsor it or anything. There is a lot of love for the boats and what better place to show off a new boat or two!!

It was great meeting you all. Going to have to try and make it again next year. Maybe one year I won't be a bum riding with my brother and actually have my own checkmate, lol. Hope to see some of you make it for the the Poker Run!

I had a good time... just got the boat all cleaned up.

pulled the boat this morning, spent most of the day so far cleaning. it goes to show you how dirty you can make a boat after 10 days of use:sick: all cleaned up now:thumb: ready for next year:cheers:

Maybe for next year if we can organize some more time for everyone to run so more pix and vids can be taken and posted it may spur more intrest from the factory. CM is a sales organization and at the end of the day it has to make sense for them to consider our rally as being legit and for them to spend resourses and time to come and make a showing. Plus its always a crowd pleaser for all of us to see how each other runs even if we need help from another CM owner :poke: { Ross }:D

Running your mouth fast don't count.. numbers do.

I've heard that Ross's boat runs good from Troy. I've run with Troy quite a bit and I trust his opinion.

fwiw.. my best speed was 82gps for the weekend with way too much stuff on the boat.
