Yeah, I wouldn't be scared of 400 hours at all. My 454 had over 400 hours on it when I pulled it and it was still running strong. My dad's 454 had over 1300 hours on it before it let go.

The 300-400 hour services come on the blue Merc Racing motors like the hp500 and 500/525 EFI. And I'm pretty sure those are only valve train overhauls. The black motors run forever when properly maintained.
 
 
How many 36 outlaws...oh I mean zt350s were built?
They could have at least used a different bolster than the standard outlaw bolster.
Honestly I don't dislike 36 outlaws or this boat but it sure looks the same.
So how many did they build? This is like the only one I ever see

I went and looked at it today, total pile of sh1t. Has been clear coated and its all cracked, interior is crap, transom has been dicked with and is shot. The motor is just hanging there not hooked up and looks to be spray painted. Boat is junk, not sure if I would take it if it was free. Well I did kinda like the classic wheels on the trailer, but that's it.

Thank you for Checking the Enchanter out. That is really Sad and Shameful what some people do to these boats. That was a Awesome Checkmate back in 1980 with the Mercury 300 hp. and would still be today if it was in great condition. Sincerely Sammie from Action Marine

Iowa laws require you list your capacity at the back of the boat. Although, I've had my boats on the water for 6 years and have never been told to put it on.
