Looks nice but I bet it has some floor/ stringer issues. One interior photo shows some sort of mounting plate under the driver side seat.
 
Could be some issues, or it could be what they used to raise that drivers seat up. In the one picture it sits up higher then the port side seat.

I'm going to presume the one in Jersey is a Sandy wreck, although the cockpit design leaves a LOT to be desired.

Most people see an old boat and just think its an 'old boat', therefore leave it to rot and hey buy a newer one.
Others (like many of us here) love the old school looks and will do what they can to restore and use the old boats forever.
