Sure.

It's all about price. That Starliner hasn't changed price since I was looking in 2011. I paid half that for one in better condition and it does about 70mph...downhill with a tailwind.

Pretty sure I looked at this boat about 7-8 years ago here in MN. The engine supposedly had some upgrades and was up around 250hp and has a jack plate so if the hp is right maybe 70 is for real....But yes, you are correct, the boat was not real nice. Had some stress cracks in the transom or splashwell area that scared me off. I paid much less for my 92 starflite that I bought from Tbacha on here and it was mint after a buff. .

That SkiMate has been for sale a couple of seasons now. Looks very clean. I always thought the SkiMate model was well before it's time. I think an updated version would sell nowadays w- the wakeboard crowd.
