Also- I've heard 'jobbie nooner' tossed around several times, but I still have no idea where this is. I'm not originally from the East side of the state. Anyone care to explain this to the foreigner?

The great volunteer state Tennessee

Hi all,

I'm new to the forum and getting raedy to buy a 1987 starflite(see my post in "play to win"). I live in franklin. I currently own a 18ft Wareagle powered by a 40hp merc. I am married and have 3 boys in grade school. We have outgrown the wareagle and are taking on the starflite as a father/son project for the winter. I hope to have boat water ready by next spring. Ill be making lots of posts while restoring the boat, and will provide plenty of pics showing my progress. The waters we frequent are Old Hickory Lake; J. Percy Priest and Center Hill. Would like to hear from Checkmate owners in the area.:bounce:

I am really looking forward to being part of this family of boat owners:)
