I just got in a new 21 Liberator. Going to Australia

Will you be customizing the cowling? Seems like a Wildman theme on most of your boats that really adds a lot to the overall package IMO

It's about $1080 with the GPS speedo, tach and 5 monster small gauges. I sell them for $1000 with free shipping.

They are strictly a twin engine boat unless we built one with a center pod. Then it would probably run in the 80's.

Why trim tabs??

Most cats will have a porpoise zone. The 21 Liberator will hop between 60-75 in calm water. It does not hop in a 6" chop or more. Anyway, by having the tabs on top of the tunnels, you can put them down during the hop. This lifts the back and allows the trapped air to escape. When a cat hops, it's because the tunnel is compressing air. This lifts the boat. Pressure builds up and then "burps" out the back which drops the nose. Then it starts over again creating the hop. Once the boat gets up enough speed, the sponsons lift enough to create straight through air flow. This is where the hop will stop. Both tabs go up and down together.

Randy looking back thru your posts I noticed you were using a foam pad on the buffer. Do you use a wool buffing pad as well or just the foam pad? The boat looks stunning with all the goodies!!:thumb:

Was it ordered with the tabs to be suitable for skiing? If so, would you be installing a swim ladder..or is it just as easy to get in because the rear's already basically in the water?

Tabs don't have anything to do with skiing. Tabs are never used under 60 mph. I'm not sure what he's doing about a ladder. Swim steps can't be used because the tabs are in the way.
