The Enforcer is ready for the road trip, still working out minor details. We're scheduled to leave Thursday morning and staying @ the campground with the others, leaving Sunday Morning. I'm hoping I-40 between NC and Tennesse will be open back up, if not that's an extra hour driving time.

I-40 is supposed to re-open in late April. It is also a problem for our trip to Lake Norman.Maybe Big Red could put on his helmet and go help move the rocks!

Me and hoping to get at least 2 or 3 other boats for Bucyrus area......probably tenting it @ Conley Bottom. Think their will be enough room ...? Sounds like quote a few people staying there ?

Thats why I said we could sleep in the back of the truck out in the parking lot if we have to, cause I know how those Checkmate owners are....

Went down to Conley bottom yesterday ,they are looking forward to our event.The lake was in suprisingly good shape considering all the rain.I posted several flyers on the east end of the lake,i hope to get the west end next week end. July is not far away!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'm leaving on Monday before Hope to arrive Fri Morning, That will give me time to take the shrink wrap of my boat.
I am cutting it close I have my Convincor apart. Engine out and transom bare, Going to get my transom re gelled next week and put it back together. I need some seat time on the new rigging. Me and Justin will work nights to get it done if need be.

Wished I would have known you were coming...I was there on our new Doral cruiser which is docked off the main dock. Friday night was pretty rough and windy and at one point it looked like a hurricane blowing water sideways. I think it will take a few weeks to clean up. The water became brown and had much debris.

Anyway, I am looking forward to the rally. And, by-the-way, I saw the flyer in the cafe. Looks great.

Time is flying by,I just Hope everyone who wants to attend can make it!Looks like I'll be flying solo this yr! Its about time to start making a check list.Lets seeeee touch up trailer,Box in my extenison bracket,break in the mota' no proplem there!! remount the captains seat! ect. ect. ect.

went to lc yesterday and Donzi had the" awakining of the horses" event. I counted around 30 boats.They have had this event for many years,if we can get 30 boats in our first event i think it would be a great success.We have over 40 that say they are coming.Here are a few pics.
