that 251 for 3k is a great deal. Is that a TRS gimbal? If so, grab an SSM3A and hang on! Heck, the k planes are worth 1k let alone the trailer. Looks old but clean n dry.

That's been for sale for years. I think it was in Minnesota or Michigan on PBL up to last year when it started to appear on the east coast.

I like the idea of a higer windshield, but I love the look of the lower design we have. When I finally get these Windaway knockoffs I should be done with picking flies out of my eyes! :rof:

Couldn't agree with you more. Often an option is rare for r a reason. ;)

One of the benefits of being vertically challenged is I just have to duck a tiny bit for the short windshield to shoot the air right over my head. That one wouldn't help sim anyway, he's standing all the time.

I remember seeing it out west before it washed up on the east coast. First time I noticed the elusive tall windshield though.

That 251 is a nice piece of hardware. Should run great i bet.

That dual 300 has been for sale for a while. I thought I remembered seeing cabin pics in old ads that showed water stains in carpet. There must be something wrong pics arent showing otherwise you would have think it would be sold.

Ateco always built some pretty decent engine. They have been in business for quite a while. I would have no problems with it. As for the paint, yea, Mitcher T probably did what the customer asked....unfortunately.

Helmich that is a nice one and is a much larger boat. The 280zt is big difference from 253/259. The price per foot difference there is lack of a trailer on the zt. That one is for you Helmich! Ship it over and get your EU trailer for it! No trailer worries there!
 
I thought the ZT280 is a 26.5 foot boat with a combined glass swim platform to result in 28 foot overall and the 259 is a 25.5 foot boat with a add on swim platform not counted in the length and 27 foot overall. I did not think there was much size difference between these boats?
