Tri-mate 2 over haul.

It rode high and smooth, no spray over wakes.
I really liked it. when running wide open, the spray was coming out at the back corners of the boat.

Yep, its a nice dry boat.
Wnat to try something fun, put the boa tin forward, mash the gas and turn the wheel hard to the left. These boats will darn near turn around on a dime.

Well I due belive I am getting tired of sanding. The shinny spots are fresh resin that is filling in the low spots. Fill and sand is getting to be the story of my life.

Wow, that was fun.
I went back through this thread and installed 29 pictures that where showing as a red X.
Fills in alot of the blanks if you did not see them when they where 1st posted.
I was having flash backs.

Ordered the primer on friday, spent some time working on the front windshield. Go the right one done. Should make a world of differance in the looks department. The factory one was just a bit to tall.

The windshields are all cut down and put back together. Now to paint the frames black. Crawled under the boat (remember its up-side-down) and fitted the window. Looks a ton better.
Even managed to save some of the G-man decal.

In the final stages of pant prep now. Primer will be here on the 2nd. Hope to shoot primer on the bottom soon after that. After the paint is on and dry it will be time to build the seat boxes and start getting the boat rigged.

Which 2nd was that primer supposed to be there. July 2nd, August 2nd, or Sept 2nd?

OH you funny guy coop. The primer and paint are here. Trying to get the timing right for the painter. He was waiting on a new paint gun. Looks like the end of sept. I did pop open a can of the yellow. All I can say is sunglasses are required. VERY BRITE.

Gus.

It seems Coop has a new avatar I see there.

Perhaps you should ask him what it's all about? Inquiring minds want to know!

That's an old predictor he picked up. Coops garage is now FULL!

He's looking at the stuff on the boat, and guess who might end up with the hull.........

AHHHH!

I knew he was up to something!

I'd put a supporter's ribbon that pic, but he changes them so often I gave up!
