Motor is fresh, all kinds of good thinks happened to it during the rebuild. It has 40-50 hours on it and runs strong. I may go in and reseal the lower unit. Not sure yet.

bdusted440, we have the clasic hot rods, have to keep them going. I am glad checkmate overbuilt the boat to start with.

Only if I could show you how clean my vehicles look. Got home from work where I washed and waxed my Avalanche, damn its nice. Can't wait until summer to put the mags back on... Just to tell you guys, we are somewhat spamming Gus' thread here... Somebody should clean this up...

When it gets put back together it will look like this. The carpet will be new, but everything else will be the same.

Well after a mad dash to rig the boat, the motor is hung. Not pretty yet. I needed to be able to tow it out the Nebraska.
With the added set back I will have to figure out a way to add some tounge weight. real light on the front.

I will unrig the boat when it gets out west and repaint the transom and install the floor and seat mounts.

Transom wound up being 3 1/4" thick, I think it will hold.
