What are your guys opinions on a Maxxum compared to a Vision? Lake with usually good water and maybe 1' to 1 1/2' chop. 3-4 people on average day out, riding and tubing etc...
I am still on the hunt for another mate. As soon as my enchanter gets back from a new outdrive it's going on the market.

I'd say you probably couldn't do wrong with either. Just depends on which style you prefer, the more classic styling of the vision or the more rounded maxxum/persuader look. Either one should serve you well!!!

heading up to check out that red 94 pulsare when I get back to the midwest next week.... Anything I need to look at specifically from the experts? Sounds like it may have a small issue with low end power from what the owner has told me. Very straight up guy and he has said he will hold it for me for two weeks until I get home!

I love the colors of this boat and the 225 Pro Max is one of the best motors Mercury ever built. It appears to be a a very well maintained boat. If I didnt lose patience and buy a closed deck 21' Intimidator, when I need a bowrider, that I have been rigging for the last 2 mos, I would be on my way to the midwest to pick this boat up. Would bring the full 16k with me but would try to buy it for 13 to 14k
