Yea Keith it will be on. Had some carb issues, but I think I have them worked out. So I should see you at the Bash! And a ride is your if ya still want it.

I read in the Gazette that the Wet Police were gonna be there big time hastling everybody,,, even having sobriety check points. They can't leave you alone.

I have all intentions on being there. As for the cops, my boat is coast guard certified as far as equipment goes and I don't tilt to many if I still have to go somewhere. I have an anchor if I need to stay!

I'll let you know plans later in the week.

Off comes the tape, next I'll add stripes to back of boat and Hatch

Hatch stripe

The stripe, Flake, & clear. After finishing the scoop I added the stripe to the hatch with a little metalic flake over the black and red, then straight clear over that.

A little side note: Since the boat was on the other side of the house, in order to check color match, I used the small paint can lid you see sitting in the center cut-out in the hatch. Instead of trying to carry a freshly painted hatch around to see if it matched the boat, I simply grabbed the small paint lid to check it against the original.

Next pics will be striping the rear of the boat from the rear seat back, as only the deck had the racing stripe when I originally painted it.

Thanks,

Boat had a blower when I got it, but no hatch, so the dash had a switch for one. I have a new blower. It is in and working. Will include those pics also.

That hatch and scoop look fantastic, I cant wait to see some pics of it on the boat. Keep us posted.

I cleared a couple of inches past the edges of the stripe. Will wet sand and buff out the tape edge latter. You will not know the stripe was added latter.
