IMO, there is no such thing as overkill when it comes to safety. To answer the power question, it's going to stay stock power till I do the core repair next winter. At that point the 383 is probably going to make it's way under the hatch

Imo, the hyd steering is well worth the money... even if it stays all stock.

Nice upgrade! you can never be too safe when it comes to steering, if I would have had hydraulic I wouldn't have been upside down 10 feet in the air.

You need to see it in person, this is one of those colors that doesn't photograph well. It always picks up that lighter red flakes and makes it appear oranger than the deep red that it is. Could also the fact I use the camera phone

Yep, its the old one. The only good thing about the wasted income ordeal is that I got to keep the entire boat/trailer/motor. So it will provide some real good parts down the road

Nice work. I tried to do it and it looked like crap..I did do the easy panels But,left the seats for the pros..

I am amazed at the quality of workmanship that is in these seats. They are 10x nicer than the green boat seats and 1/2 the price. All the seams line up perfectly and the added bonus was I asked a couple times for the silver piping and was told they didnt do that anymore. I was amazed when I went in and they said they did a little extra for me and there was piping around all the seats! I think it will add a custom touch and also separate the red vinyl from the red flake!

Its nice to go to the factory and leave feeling you got a really great deal and that the item was more than expected!
