Well not much of a resto to the level of "Wasted Income"....more so tinkering of my enchanter! I want to do some things to make it more user friendly and also look more modern.
Plans are add swim platform, paint out drive, new gauges, new interior from checkmate, some new deck hardware, and some changes to the trailer. I am keeping the stock power in her until she blows, then I will consider dropping the 383 into it. Hopefully that decision is a long way away!
Swim platform!
I also added SS cup holders on both sides. Nothing worse than a wave knocking your KY-Koolaid into the water

Painted outdrive
Looks 100% better than it did even tho its only a rattle can job! That merc phantom black is some thick stuff and covers great

Trailer upgrades (more coming)
I added a electric winch to make loading easier! All self contained with a 24 series battery and automatic charger built in. 2000# winch with auto brake should work great. I also cut off the old double post stop and the old winch stand and replaced it with a fully adjustable one. I got some more to do to it but am very limited to who comes down and how long I can point fingers!!

She also got a very good scrubbing and finally got all the soot removed from the fire. Amazing enough, it cleans up very nice for rustoleum paint

Interior
Going to call Mike monday and get it in stone. I am going to go with all red, black piping, silver carbon fiber double stripes, and black single stripes. The color was chosen because the new greys dont match right, and the silver carbon would be to much for the entire interior, and black would be to hot! Carpet will prob be black
old / new
grey / red
black / silver carbon fiber
red / black

As you can see, the back seat and carpet are plum worn out. The rest of the interior is in good shape. Still amazing for 26 years old!
Gauges
The old gauges complete with custom fiber trim rings!

I need to make a choice on gauges. Color face, rim color, and trim ring color. I am thinking maybe a silver face, red rim, black trim rings????
I want a GPS speedo as long as it don't break the bank
